Charges were filed last week on Josh Lankford, the prosecutor's office said. In his probable-cause statement on the investigation, Webster County Sheriff's Department Deputy John Everett wrote that an 11-year-old girl alleged that Lankford had repeatedly molested her during a period of almost three years, beginning in 2007.
