Stove fire damages North Buffalo trailer
A woodburning stove ignited a fire which damaged a trailer on Pony Farm Road around noon Monday.
Peter Robert Pastoria, 53, of Sarver was pronounced dead from blunt force trauma after he apparently jumped off the northbound bridge over Buffalo Creek along Route 28 between 6:30 and 7 a.m. Friday.
Matthew Franklin Faulkner, 37, of 121 Church Road, Kittanning, was arrested and jailed after he assaulted Jennifer Faulkner, 33, of the same address, at 4:48 p.m. Monday.

Fire officials are trying to figure out what sparked a fire Sunday morning in the garage of a building at Crooked Creek Park.
