Ghost hunters to investigate village landmarks
BY MICHELLE MILLER Staff Writer Legend has it that sounds of ghostly children have been heard running up and down the third floor hallway of the Otesaga Resort Hotel.
Otsego County is expected to fall more than 1,000 tons below its quota of deliveries to the Montgomery-Otsego-Schoharie Solid Waste Management Authority this year.
