Pumpkin Partners: Floydada's famous gourds a staple in high-profile Dallas Arboretum display
Nothing symbolizes fall quite like pumpkins, which is why representatives with the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens went out west to the self-proclaimed Pumpkin Capital USA. Arboretum officials this week visited Floydada's famous Pumpkin Pyle Farms in Floyd County, an area known for growing 10 to 15 million pounds of pumpkins of various sizes, colors and varieties every year.
