Flowery Branch man indicted in his brother's Christmas Day death

Mark Alan Fyfe, 53, is accused of shooting his brother Alan Scott Fyfe, 55, on Christmas Day, telling investigators he did so to protect his own son. In an Aug. 26 indictment, Fyfe was charged with murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, interference with government property and three counts of felony obstruction of an officer.
