Farmers Branch swine flu shot clinic ignores risk criteria

On a day when Dallas and Tarrant counties prepared to dispense precious doses of H1N1 flu vaccine only to those at highest risk, a clinic in Farmers Branch offered the vaccine to anybody with $20 and the patience to wait.
