Our neighborhood has complied with the debris edict of placing fallen trees and branches at curb side and we still haven't had a pick up??????

Our area has placed fallen trees on the curb for pick-up. Now these trees have dried out and might pose a threat as fire hazard. Does anyone know when these pick-ups will start?
