State to honor another Marine killed in combat

Governor David Paterson has directed that flags on New York State government buildings be flown at half-staff on Monday, August 24, 2009, in honor of a Marine who died in Helmand Province, Afghanistan on August 17.. Lance Corporal Leopold Damas, of Floral Park, died while supporting combat operations.
