Four charged with wanton endangerment

Two Fleming County couples are in jail charged with wanton endangerment after Kentucky State Police and the Flemingsburg Police Department responded to a complaint of their infants allegedly playing in the road.

They act like they dont care one bit about there kids. Instead they worry more about there achool and not buying there kids needs. I bet 20 bucks that there dranking right now and past out.

hi i know these ppl and i do not agree with what happened but not all the ppl in there family are like that most of them are good ppl and they use to be when they where younger lost touch with them so i don't really know much about them now that they are older but when i knew them they where good ppl. just had it rough growing up.

thats not an excuse. A big FAIL for parenting skills, you don't get drunk and let your kids play in the street. you just don't do that. FAIL.
