Fernley City Clerk certifies referendum petition on waste ordinance

At last Wednes-day's Fernley City Council meeting, City Clerk Lena Shumway announced she has certified the signatures and determined a Referendum Petition to repeal the Solid Waste Management and Franchise Ordinance is sufficient.
