Farnham medals as Maple Grove downs Silver Creek
Maple Grove's Andy Farnham was named medalist while shooting a 39 on the Par-36 Bemus Point Golf Course Friday in CCAA Division II West high school golf.

Sheridan accepts bid for courthouse project
Town officials are hoping for work on courthouse and office renovations to the former St. John Bosco Church building to begin by Jan. 1. During a recent regular meeting, the Sheridan Town Board voted unanimously to accept a project bid from Edward Cope of Cope Builders for a total of $51,948.
At about 5:50 p.m. a vehicle driven by Kimberly A. Malone, 53, of Jamestown was traveling west on Interstate 90 near Exit 57 when it drifted onto the left shoulder and struck a delineator.
