What in the world is so mysterious about drug abuse anyway? Why do you think that the homicide squad is waiting for the toxicology report? Maybe somebody gonna get busted! Maybe the mommy and daddy? Mommy and daddy have a drug abuse history and the police know it!

Sarah has a serious drug dependency and will lose her son to the authorities. So, her mother, Arlene, adopts her grandson to save him from that terrible , a fate of being raised by strangers. That was 12 years ago and evidently not very much has changed. The authorities failed here! William was only 14 years old, hadn't even tasted life yet. Where are the authorities now? Where is Law Enforcement Now?
Who's to blame here? Where is Suffolk County when they're needed. The grandmother, knowingly, allowed William to get in harms way! |

Only 14 years old, only a baby, Something's dreadfully wrong here! The kid goes to school in Mt. Sinai but lives with his mother in Farmingville. Found dead by the Aunt? Grandmother responds not the Mother nor the Father! What's wrong with this picture?

Looks like the grandmother had legal custody due to the mom being considered unfit to raise a child. Smart move by the grandmother allowing the boy to be at the very same place the courts removed the boy from in the first place. Arrest the grandmother!
