Farmington man on probation arrested for drugs
A Spruce Drive man was arrested at his home on three drug charges Tuesday. James R. Sims, 33, of 60 Spruce Drive, was charged with possession of a controlled/narcotic drug - marijuana - with the intent to distribute and two counts of possession of a controlled/narcotic drug - marijuana and OxyContin.
