The clinic was exceedingly well-attended and the line moved steadily and everyone was patient and polite during the hour I was in it. Many people were not dressed warm enough for the cold. I heard that early in the day, the wait was as long as 3 hours, which I believe because I drove into the lot, and seeing how long the line was at 10:30 a.m. decided to try again later. Even at the end of the day, the health care workers and security people still had smiles and were careful, efficient and pleasant. Despite the long line, thousands received their shots or mists in a positive, upbeat atmosphere.
