Parachutist Jumps From Transmission Tower

FARMINGTON, Conn. -- Farmington police say they haven't been able to figure out who parachuted off a 1,340-foot-tall transmission tower on Rattlesnake Mountain, and the tower's owner is calling the stunt "insane." Police say someone climbed the tower, jumped off and deployed a red, white and blue parachute early Wednesday morning.
