Greater Hartford Arts Council Plans To Rent Space In 228 Farmington...

The Hartford Courant Arts Center at 228 Farmington Ave. has been mostly empty since the Connecticut Opera moved out roughly a year ago, and an 18-month effort to sell the building hasn't been successful.
