She has lived in the Rocky Mountains and near the Pacific Ocean, but it's only in the southeast Nebraska town of Falls City that artist Sandy Appleoff feels a "sense of place." It's where she was born and raised.

She's a shrew who parties all Summer long and chastizes her neighbors for attempting to live their normal lives. I grow bored with her and her "social events". From what I have heard, I would hate to be her neighbors.

She is not a friendly person, unless you're in her group. I just wish she would stay in Calif. during the Summers so nobody, including the bars would have to deal with her. I do not know her neighbors, but what I have heard, she's something to get along with. But, it's only for a short period of the year, so there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

That story has been going around for over 25 years but this is the first it was ever in the Journal. It was always in the Lincoln paper before and nobody could find the right paper back then either. So I guess Betty is a BOOB.

Well I read it myself on the front page of the FCJournal and then the story disappeared.
I have no doubt the people involved want to say it was a rumour. The story was squashed for a reason.
