Jackson calls judge's ruling on Rice Fire lawsuits a 'victory'

On June 25, when Superior Court Judge Richard Strauss denied two motions to allow the formation of class-action lawsuits against San Diego Gas & Electric relating to the Rice, Witch Creek and Guejito fires of October 2007, it was 'a huge victory for the victims,' said Fallbrook attorney Robert W.
