PETTY THEFT, CROCKER ROAD: A 14-year-old Avon Lake boy, a 15-year-old Lakewood boy and a 15-year-old Fairview Park boy will face petty theft charges in juvenile court after running out on a $61 tab at Applebee's restaurant.
