Feb. 17 Brittany Ann Debeck, 22, of the 100 block of Locust in Fairbury, Illinois, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of 10-30 grams of cannabis, according to jail records.
