Everson man tries to steal PlayStation 3 from Wal-Mart

A man carrying a tire iron reportedly broke a glass display case at Wal-Mart at 6:30 a.m. Sunday, May 31, and attempted to steal a PlayStation 3. After removing the merchandise from the broken display case, the man ran toward the store exit where an employee attempted to block him, said Mark Young, spokesman for the Bellingham Police Department.
