Tribune Opinion: To toke or not to toke?

It wasn't so many years ago that Greeley was a dry town: No alcohol allowed. Now, our city council has decided Greeley will be dry for medical marijuana as well, after the governing body voted against allowing marijuana dispensaries inside city limits.
