Lide B. Lower, 17, of Adrian, was not injured when her vehicle struck a deer along Route 268 at 8:33 p.m. July 3. WEST FRANKLIN - A 1987 Jeep truck, owned by a 45-year-old Evans City male, was set on fire and had its tires, rims and suspension removed between 8:30 p.m. Tuesday and 3 p.m. Wednesday.
