West Shore biofuels firm co-owner reaches deal to plead guilty to $4.1M federal fraud
A co-owner of Camp Hill-based Keystone Biofuels Inc. has reached a tentative deal with federal prosecutors to plead guilty to a $4.15 million fraud. Race Miner's plea agreement won't be final unless accepted by U.S. Middle District Judge John E. Jones III.
