Please keep in mind that soda beverages are sweetened with corn syrup and researchers are not clear on how that type of sweetener is metabolized. One fact is documented, corn sweeteners do not send a message to the brain that we should be 'sated' as real sugar might, not that too much of that is good for us either. My message is to avoid corn syrup in all foods as it can cause obesity.

The bottling companies in South Dakota are legal, tax paying businesses.
It is absolutely disgusting that the State will take the tax money they
pay in and use it to try to destroy the business.

The purpose of government is to protect the rights of its citizens. This
is a clear violation of the rights of the people that own, operate and
work for the bottling companies and associated businesses.

The State
should immediately end this program and apologize.
