Wheels of Time Rod and Custom fired up for 40th year

Forty years ago, a couple of street rod and custom car lovers named Elmer Smith and Fuzzy Neff, who were tired of driving from the Lehigh Valley to club meetings in central Pennsylvania to share their interests, started their own club here.
