Heritage Park dedicates the Emery Cabin
The Emery County Cabin at This Is The Place Heritage Park was dedicated on June 20 at 2 p.m. Nearly 100 people gathered to watch the dedication of the cabin that was built between 1879 and 1882 and was the home of pioneer Casper Christensen.
Old Muddy Creek post office has new home at This is the Place Heritage Park-open house June 20
The project has taken much longer than originally intended as the historic Muddy Creek Post Office was removed from Emery four years ago, but the post office has been rebuilt at the This is the Place Heritage Park.
