Head Start to celebrate Arkansas' children
The Columbia County Head Start of F.A.C.T., Inc., which have centers in Magnolia, Walker, Emerson, Taylor and McNeil, will celebrate Arkansas Children's Week to recognize the needs of young children and thank educators and others involved in the education and care of young children.
