Burlington native to make history when inaugarated as president of Mississippi university

Burlington native Dr. Donna Oliver will make history on Sept. 12 when she is inaugurated as the first black female president of a public university in the state of Mississippi, officially assuming leadership of Mississippi Valley State University .
