Brass Knuckles Go With 1 of the 22 DUI Charges Areawide
NOV. 23: Ryan Earley, 24, 510 Gary Ave., Wheaton, was arrested and charged with DUI and possession of brass knuckles after police pulled over his beige Nissan Altima for speeding and driving without headlights at North Avenue and Route 83 at 1:07 a.m. He was also charged with possession of a dangerous weapon.
