Hamilton County SEED has lost another member community after the Randall City Council decided this month to withdraw from the county-wide economic development organization.

They weren't teeing it up at the River Bend Golf Course Monday morning in the wake of what may have been record flooding on the Skunk River.

The Ellsworth City Council heard a trail project update when they met in regular session recently.
