An Elkview man was arrested Saturday after telling investigators he engaged in sexual acts with his 4-year-old stepdaughter, according to the Kanawha County sheriff's department.

An Elkview man was arrested after telling investigators he engaged in sexual acts with his 4-year-old step-daughter. Matthew Scott Mullins, 22, of 101 A1 2 New Hope Road admitted he performed oral sex on the young girl over the summer, according to a release from the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department.
