Elkhorn Elementary to stay open
Elkhorn Elementary School will remain open and will not be relocated. Lodi Unified School District trustees Tuesday voted 4-3 to keep the fourth- through eighth-grade north Stockton campus for Gifted and Talented Education students intact at 10505 N. Davis Road.
