Anyone who has ever visited Wisconsin Dells on a Fourth of July weekend knows what it's like - bumper-to-bumper traffic, crowds splashing at water parks, long lines at popular attractions.

The small, Trempealeau County Town of Eleva, was packed with people Sunday, all hoping to get a good spot for the annual Broiler Fest Grand Parade.
