PETA Urges El Dorado to Ban Bullhooks, Electric Prods as City Prepares to Host Circus

RaeLeann Smith 757-622-7382 El Dorado, Kan. -- This morning, PETA sent a letter to El Dorado Mayor Tom McKibban and the City Commission urging them to enact legislation that would ban the use of bullhooks, electric prods, and other devices commonly used to inflict pain on elephants.
