Police continue to search for answers as to why a man they tried to stop for speeding ended up jumping in the Wicomico River and drowning over the weekend.

Arson is suspected in a porch fire in Eden, according to Maryland State Fire Marshal Office investigators.

A vacant structure fire in Somerset County is being investigated as arson. Maryland State Fire Marshal says the fire, that was discovered by a neighbor, broke out around 10:20 PM on Monday, in a vacant two story home on Flower Hill Church Road, in Eden.
