ALBANY - The Free Summer Meal Program at Albany and Eaton elementary schools will continue through Aug.

The owners of a defunct eastern Indiana hog farm say they believe the state environmental agency should be responsible for a multimillion-gallon spill from its manure lagoon.

EATON -- The owners of an abandoned hog farm from which an estimated 4 million to 5 million gallons of manure were released -- causing a fish kill -- are denying responsibility.
