Eastport protest large utility poles, wants them removed
PSEG has installed 200 replacement steel poles along a 7-mile stretch of Eastport Manor Road and on Country Road 51. Several dozen people, including residents, civic association members and local politicians, gathered in Eastport's business district on Wednesday evening, June 27, 2018, to voice their objections to the 80-110 foot steel poles erected by PSEG Long Island along roadways in Eastport.
