Easthampton Stop & Shop legal battle ends: Kenneth Cernak drops appeal
Cernak has dropped his appeal of all Stop & Shop court rulings, leaving the supermarket chain legally free to move ahead with its proposed store on Northampton Street/Route 10. City Attorney John J. Fitz-Gibbon said he received notice that the appeals were dropped Tuesday.
