Eastchester councilwoman seeks young 'Snow Angels' to aid seniors

For the third year, Eastchester Councilwoman Sheila Marcotte is running a 'Snow Angels' program that connects young people in Eastchester, Bronxville and Tuckahoe with senior citizens who need to have their porches and front walks shoveled after snowstorms.
