Loud vehicles bring up noise ordinance talk
“The board and the committee thought the ordinance was going to be subjective, rather than based in something that could be prosecutable. What constitutes noise, what constitutes disturbing unless you have a way to measure decibels”
The loud buzzing of motorcycles and revving of engines just outside the Hanna City limits has some county residents plugging their ears and screaming for silence, according to Peoria County Board members. via Journal Star
