Traffic stop in Ashford leads to DWI, other charges

Patrick T. Bird, 36, of East Otto, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop by Cattaraugus County sheriff's deputies Sunday evening on Ashford Hollow Road. via Buffalo News
