Attempted murder conviction tossed after 9 years for Ontario man

If only these ignorant parents would have used a proper car seat perhaps their 6 month old baby wouldn't be dead. Go after these idiots and leave the innocent people alone!!

The state/county should pay for this man's house at the very least. He is innocent and we do more for the guilty. That is just bullcrap!! We akready took 9 years of his life and his father is gone now too don't let his family lose their only home.

So far it hasn't been proved that he is innocent. Just reasonable doubt. The actual term to suggest possibility of innocence is "BEYONE a reasonable doubt". That suggests the possibility of innocence and dictates that someone should not be found guilty. However, it does NOT mean the person is innocent of the crime. Only that there is not enough evidence to put find them legally guilty in a court of law.

Sweetheart, the People did not prove their case. He is innocent. Read your Constitution. Now the People owe this man $ 100. per day and interest.

Sorry Don't be Stupid. There is a difference between Not Guilty and Innocent. Being found not guilty DOES NOT mean someone is innocent. And just to educate you a little more, in a court of law you don't necessarily have to "prove your case", but in reality all you have to do is convince the jury. There is a difference, contrary to popular belief.
