I am heartbroken to just learn of this loss to our world today, October 27th. I am a patron of the restaurant where Michael worked and died and am I proud to consider him to be my friend - however one would consider a casual friendship of a patron and waiter that I always looked forward to seeing.

This was a very good human being that was kind and gentle and always had a trademark smile no matter how the chips in his life were landing.

We have all lost a good person and I am deeply saddened this day to learn of this loss to our world.
