Momentive moving headquarters, adding jobs to Capital Region

Momentive Performance Materials Inc. has decided to pass on possibilities in Atlanta and Raleigh, N.C., and instead chosen to add 150 new jobs in Rensselaer County, N.Y., company officials said Friday.
