Douglas woman held on $1,000 bail on DUI, child endangerment charges
A Douglas woman under indictment on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol and drugs with her two sons in the car was ordered held on $1,000 cash bail at her arraignment Wednesday in Worcester Superior Court.
