East Cleveland law director sanctioned for missing court proceedings
A federal judge ordered the East Cleveland law director to pay $250 as a sanction for missing court proceedings in a civil rights case. Willa Hemmons did not call into a case management conference scheduled for July 13 in front of Magistrate Judge Jonathan Greenberg, according to an ruling from Greenberg.
