He was cited for failure to control. - Andrew H. Bauman, 36, Canterbury Lane, Salem, and Jason F. Thompson, 30, Conser Drive, Salem, were northbound on state Route 45 in Salem at 3:23 p.m. Friday and Thompson stopped waiting to turn left onto Salem Grange Road and was struck by Bauman.
