The following suspects were charged with felonies Friday at Escambia County Jail.

Jay Hospital Employee Foundation awarded three college-bound students $1,000 scholarships to help with school expenses.

Starting August 10th, elementary school students will pay $1.75 for lunch instead of $1.50. Middle and high school students would pay $2.00. The increase will not affect students in the free or reduced lunch program---and NBC15 News has learned that's 68 percent of the school population.
