Blue Hill Memorial Hospital will hold its second annual Women's Wellness Fair from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, at the Bay School in Blue Hill.

On December 3, the first day the inner Blue Hill Bay was reopened to scalloping since 2009, the Department of Marine resources promptly ordered the bay closed for the rest of the season due to a "risk of unusual damage and imminent depletion of the Inner Blue Hill Harbor Area," according to a press release.

A tradition of many years in the village of East Blue Hill continues to be celebrated at the Community Church even though the church is no longer open for weekly worship services, according to a news release.
